Volunteer with Manningham YMCA Youth Services

Volunteers
Youth Services rely strongly on the generous time and support of Volunteers to help us run our events and programs. We run a series of youth focused events throughout the year, including the TwYlight Disability Disco's and the FReeZA program, which hosts live music events such as Battle of The Bands. We regularly seek the support and assistance of Volunteers on event nights to help with tasks such as crowd supervision, kiosk, committee support (buddy system for committee members and their tasks), entry/check in and staff support.

Student Placements
Occasionally Youth Services are in the position to accept placements of students studying youth, or youth related work. If you are a student seeking a placement with Manningham YMCA Youth Services, please complete the Student Placement questions within the Volunteer Application Form found at the bottom of this page and return to the Youth Services team. (Return options are on the form).

** All volunteer & student placement applicants must be over 18 years of age, may be required to attend an interview and must complete a Working with Children Check and a Police Check prior to commencement.
