|  | TwYlight Disability Disco is back! TwYlight kicked off the year in absolute style on Saturday March 13th, with participants were treated to dance competitions that included the YMCA (naturally!), The Macarena, Nutbush, the Twist as well as a Break Dance off and the Limbo! Awards were a plenty for the winning participants. Thanks again to DJ Steve for yet another great set & also the fabulous Volunteers - Joan and Kathleen, as well as The Rotary Club of Doncaster for their commitment to TwYlight. | | | |

|  | 2009 Manningham YMCA Youth Award Winner Manningham YMCA Youth Services would like to congratulate Debbie Pataki on receiving this years Youth Award. The 10th Annual Manningham YMCA Youth Award was developed to acknowledge the important contribution local youth make to our community. Debbie has been actively involved with the Doncaster All Abilities Basketball Competition Leadership Group as a coach and referee as well as spending many hours volunteering and supporting the Manningham community while completing her VCE. Winners of this award win $500 to help them grown in Mind, Body & Spirit. Well done Debbie! |

|  | National Youth Week 2009 As a part of National Youth Week (NYW) 2009, MYSA was fortune enough to run a variety of activities for young people in the Manningham community. On Friday MYSA group members handed out show bags at the gates of Doncaster and East Doncaster Secondary College with information on MYMCA Youth Services and driver awareness, linking with the Walk the Torque event being held that evening. As well as information there was some freebies such as, YMCA wrist bands, NYW sweat bands shoelaces and wrist bands.
