What is FReeZA?
FReeZA is an innovative youth development program managed by the Office for Youth, within the Department of Planning and Community Development in the Victorian Government that provide funding to community organisations to establish and support FReeZA committees of young people to organise and run fully supervised events for 12-25 year olds across Victoria. FReeZA gives young Victorians the chance to enjoy live band gigs, dance parties and other cultural, recreational and artistic events in supervised and safe venues. FReeZA supports young people to lead the delivery of music and cultural events in their local communities.  The Manningham FReeZA division is known as FUSION: FUSION have existed since 2006 and consist of local young people aged 15-21 years who volunteer their time to develop, implement and manage live youth music events.
